Building with AI. I build software with AI, and I write down how it goes, including what broke. My track record shows the kind of work I have led before.

Deciding what to fund. When there is more to do than time and money allow, I use TRM: time, risk and money. It compares any project, idea or task by the value it creates, so anyone can see which ones are worth doing.

Merging platforms. The work I am best known for at Snagajob is a multi-year consolidation of six products into one platform. It simplified the sales funnel, sped up the month-end close, shortened support cases and cut development time.
